All pricing is subject to change based on guest count, event duration, location, customizations, and market cost fluctuations. Pricing is not guaranteed until a contract is signed and deposit is paid.

 

The Mixer Bar Experience ($700)

 

~ Up to 80 guests + Up to 4 hours of service

Includes:

  • 1 professional Insured & Certified bartender + tools

  • portable bar w/ decor

  • all the disposable dry goods (cups, napkins, straws)

  • custom menu with presentation — up to 3 signature cocktails!

  • set up (up to 2 hours) & breakdown (up to ½ hour) included

  • scheduled consultation over the phone (up to 1 hour)

  • travel miles up to 50 miles roundtrip

**Events with less than 20 guests and only requesting 2 hours of bar service may be subject to a lower rate package, please submit an inquiry form for your customized quote.**

Tip jars are typically displayed; however, if a no-tipping bar is preferred, a 20% gratuity will be applied to the final invoice.

Still, If a tip jar is displayed and does not equal 20% of total service charge (with add-ons) by the end of the event, the difference will be billed to client and is due up to 3 days after the event. Tips go directly to the bartender servicing the event.

  • Custom menu’s specialty syrups, fresh juices, garnishes + default mixers for bar use (limited coke, diet, sprite, soda water, tonic, OJ, cranberry, pineapple)

  • Custom stickers on cups

  • $50-$150 depending on quantity

  • glassware rental (we provide 12 oz glassware, 2 per guest)

  • Champagne Toast prep

  • Additional bartender (required over 100 guests)

  • 3rd Bartender (required over 200 guests)

  • Dry goods when guest count is over 80

Bartender Only Service starts at $350 for 4 hours! If dry goods, garnishes, etc. are requested, extra charges apply.
